Hi, I’m Rebecca, I live in Brooklyn. I have a degree in Art History from the University of Michigan which I use to write plays and work in bars. My other activities are pretty much yoga, watching television, going to the gym, drinking and eating in new bars and restaurants, reading in the gym sauna and watching television at the gym. If my gym would let me drink a Negroni while watching Hardball on the eliptical after Anusara class, I think I would achieve a true state of bliss.
I believe that balance comes from experiencing all aspects of life, so here you’ll read about yoga, fitness, healthy eating and all that junk, along with the occasional review of a great restaurant, bottle of wine (bottle of anything really) or really baller cheese (I have great skill in picking out bottles of wine and baller cheeses).

(Seriously, please follow me. Nobody follows me on Twitter. A Used Indian Bridal Company followed me for like a day and even they quit)
My phone has the technological capabilities of a garage door opener from 1987 and I don’t know where my digital camera is, so for now, my blog will be decorated with whimsical GIFs.
